How to request deletion of your account

To disconnect your loyalty account with Mix & Match Travel, please flick an email over to support@mixandmatch.co.nz so we can confirm that the email is associated with the account.

Here’s what happens next:

  1. Your user account gets deleted from our database, so the account Mix and Match login will no longer be accessible.
  2. If you haven’t made any bookings (we are sorry we haven’t been able to help with your travel), any data related to your account is deleted.
  3. If you’ve made any bookings, we will keep the contact details provided when making the booking and the detail of your booking(s) will be kept e.g. flights etc.
  4. If you specifically want all of your data deleted and everything wiped clean, please request this with our Data Protection Officers via email at (privacy@hot.co.nz) we will then delete all references of data to try and ensure it vanishes from our system.
