Now more flexibility when flying domestically.

Here is the low down on Air New Zealand’s recent changes to help give you more flexibility when travelling on the domestic network.

Air New Zealand has renamed two of their Domestic products to provide clarity around what the product has to offer, Flexi Date is now Flexi Refund and, Flexi Time is now Flexi Change. These products, as well as the Seat and Seat+Bag, have also had some flexibility added.

• Flexi Refund - gives you maximum flexibility. You can change the date, time, destination or origin right up until departure without incurring a change fee. No fare difference applies if the time of the flight is changed on the day of travel. This fare is fully refundable.
• Flexi Change – gives you more flexibility through the waiving of change fees for date, route and time of travel changes up until departure. If you want to change the time of your flight on the day of travel, you can do this for free with no fare difference. This fare is non-refundable.
• Seat and Seat+Bag - The lowest cost options and most suited to those who are sure of their travel plans. Improved flexibility will now allow you to change the time or date of your flight on the day of travel with applicable fees. Previously these changes had to be made before the travel date. These fares are non-refundable.

Any passengers with existing Air New Zealand bookings under the old product names will automatically have these changed to reflect the new flexibility options.
